Emily Barrows

Emily Barrows began dancing at the age of eight. Later, she enrolled in pre-professional programs at Festival Ballet Providence and Koltun Ballet Boston. Ms. Barrows has trained at numerous summer intensive programs including Orlando Ballet, Ballet Austin, Atlanta Ballet, and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. She went on to join the conservatory program at Atlanta Ballet on full scholarship. She was offered a trainee position with Grand Rapids Ballet in 2017 and was promoted to apprentice in 2019. Ms. Barrows also performed with Minnesota Ballet. She joined New Jersey Ballet in 2021 where she has performed in The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, The Sleeping Beauty, Peter Martins’ Hallelujah Junction, George Balanchine’s Who Cares?, Harrison Ball’s Purcell Suite, and Lauren Lovette’s Not Our Fate.
